The following pages are a sampling
of past and recent grants that represent the kinds of
projects that the Foundation values. It by no means
is exhaustive, but instead simply representative. Icons
are used to represent the various areas of interest.
As you will see, many grants relate to multiple areas
of Foundation interest. We also indicate whether the
grant was operating, program, or capital in nature.

Art has always played an important role in civilized
society. We are interested in helping secure this role
by supporting major institutions, arts education, and
the development of artists. View

Though it is a truism that children are our future,
unfortunately our society does not dedicate the resources
towards them that their importance deserves. We are
interested in improving the lives of children by supporting
critical, direct services and by supporting teachers
and parents in their roles as major influencers in the

Our modern age has witnessed a serious disintegration
of our social structures and an associated deterioration
in human behavior. We hope to build more ethical and
humane communities by encouraging civic engagement and
addressing basic human needs for health and safety.

People with disabilities are marginalized and excluded
all too often. We aim to improve the lives of people
with disabilities by supporting efforts that promote
inclusion and that empower people with disabilities
towards self-sufficiency. View

In the ever-expanding melting pot in which we live,
we believe there is still much value in retaining ethnic
identity as a way to preserve cultural diversity. Focusing
on our family’s own rich heritage, we recognize
the importance of supporting efforts that foster the
